Need someone to talk to?

Mental health hotlines in times of a personal crisis can be helpful. But if you aren't necessarily experiencing a crisis, call a warmline. Warmlines offer a place to call for connection and support. They are free, peer-run phone lines that can connect you with clinically supervises and trained mental health advocates. Warmlines take an early intervention approach and provide emotional support. If you are looking for a connection, warmlines are here to help. See below for a list of warmlines in the area.
